Day 1: Pickup and transfer to hotel for check-in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Day 2: A full day touring in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Travelling to Tay Ninh for a full day tour visiting to Cao Dai Temple and Cu Chi Tunnels

Day 4:   Travelling to the Mekong Delta and enjoy a boat trip in Cai Be - Vinh Long. Homestay in Vinh Long.

Day 5:   Exploring Vinh Long before heading to Can Tho for visiting and overnight.

Day 6: Visiting the floating market in Can Tho. Later, transferring back to Ho Chi Minh city for overnight.

Day 7: Transferring to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure flight

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL

Ho Chi Minh City, also known as Saigon is a largest city of Vietnam where has modern office skyscrapers, amidst Chinese style pagodas and food stalls along the street, create a dynamic urban area in very special sense. Additionally, Ho Chi Minh City’s architecture and lifestyle is the reconciliation between American and Chinese influence, with many dots of modernity yet without losing Vietnamese traits and as much historical as it is modern.

Arriving at Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh City, meet up your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel for check-in. You’ll have time to relax after your journey before a Welcome dinner at an excellent local restaurant in city. You’ll spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 02: HO CHI MINH CITY

After breakfast at hotel, you will be guided for a visiting to the Reunification Hall, the building is a magnificent example of '60s architecture - airy and open with spacious chambers and tasteful modern decorations, The Centre Post Office, one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. It was built around 1886 – 1891, based on the design of Gustave Eiffel – a famous French architect and has become a significant symbol of the city, just like its opposite neighbour Notre-Dame Cathedral. Next, the War Remnants Museum provides a very partial, but riveting, perspective of the ‘American War’: not for the squeamish! Before enjoying the lunch at a restaurant, visit to the huge Ben Thanh market, one of the liveliest areas of Ho Chi Minh City, is packed with every conceivable commodity.

Starting the afternoon city tour with the FITO Museum, (First Museum of Traditional Vietnamese Medicine) is host to a large collection of relics, including traditional Vietnamese medicinal implements, and chronicles the history of medical practice in Vietnam from 2000 BC. After that, drive to Binh Tay Market, located in Chinatown which is the biggest one in Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll also call in at the Jade Emperor Temple; it’s one of the best Taoist temples in Vietnam, with superb effigies, remarkable carved panels of the descent to Hell and somewhat incongruous terrapin and tortoise sanctuaries. Later, you will drive back to your hotel and have rest of day free at leisure. You will spend tonight in Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 03: CAO DAI TEMPLE AND CU CHI TUNNELS

After breakfast, you will head to Tay Ninh and for a visiting the Cao Dai Temples in time to watch the unique mid-day ceremony. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before driving to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, a Byzantine maze of underground passages, chambers, rooms and booby traps used by both the Vietminh and the Viet Cong to suddenly materialise as if from nowhere, launch a lightning ambush, and vanish equally rapidly.

In the late afternoon, you will transfer back to hotel in city and spend the night there.

DAY 04: HO CHI MINH CITY – CAI BE – VINH LONG HOMESTAY

Escaping from Ho Chi Minh City’s urban sprawl, you’ll travel to Cai Be where a Mekong River cruise will take you to visit the Cai Be floating market, fruit orchards, a traditional family-run brick kiln, and some long established cottage industries. Your lunch will be served at a good local restaurant.

In the afternoon, continue cruising further to Vinh Long. Here you will meet a local family and spend tonight at their house. Not only for staying overnight but also a place that you can get hands in family’s activities to learn more about the lifestyles of Mekong people.

DAY 05: VINH LONG – CAN THO

After breakfast, you’ll drive to Can Tho. Upon arrival, you’ll call in at the Munir Ansay – an ancient Khmer style pagoda, renowned for its unique structural decorations. The pagoda was constructed in 1948 and modelled on Cambodia’s famous Angkor Wat complex, the’ Three Treasures’ tower, the Munir Ansay pagoda has many intricate statues and pillars. Today, approximately a million Khmer people live in Vietnam, mostly in the Mekong Delta provinces. Later, you will drive to hotel in Can Tho for check in and lunch at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, you will be guided for a visiting to the beautiful and ancient Vinh Trang pagoda which is 3 km from My Tho centre.  Vinh Trang Pagoda is renowned for its architectural mixture of Chinese, Vietnamese and Angkor styles. The pagoda will give you a deeper look into the relationship between Vietnamese art and Buddhist beliefs. You will spend the night in Can Tho.

DAY 06: RETURNING HO CHI MINH CITY FROM MEKONG DELTA

After an early breakfast, enjoy a boat cruise to see the Cai Rang floating market on the Mekong River. This colorful market is started very early in the morning around 6.00AM till noon. Cai Rang floating market is most highlight of Mekong Delta where the vendors from many provinces around Can Tho will gather and line up their boat on the river to trade their products for money or similar goods from other. After the visiting, you will have lunch at a local restaurant before driving back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon, you will transfer to hotel and enjoy the rest of day free at leisure.

DAY 07: HO CHI MINH CITY DEPARTURE

After breakfast at hotel, you will be free for own discovery the city, shopping at market till meet up with guide and driver again for the transferring to Tan Son Nhat airport for your departure flight.
